Refund policy

E. D. Caylor only offers refunds on purchases made within the last 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide you with a full refund or exchange. E. D. Caylor will not issue refunds for gift cards, some personal care items, and items on sale.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for return. Purchases must also be in the original packaging. To complete your refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where E. D. Caylor may choose to grant partial refunds:
•    Any item not in its original condition
•    Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
•    Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will process your refund and apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within seven days.

Late or missing refunds
If we approved your return, but your refund hasn’t appeared on your account, contact your credit card company. Credit card companies may take time to process the refund before posting them. If the credit card company has handled the return, but the refund still is not in your account, contact your bank. Banks also take time to process before posting refunds.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at help@edcaylor.com, and we will provide you with a shipping label to return it.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail a gift certificate to you. If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact help@edcaylor.com and we will send you a shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
